  1. Nature of the Service

CCHub is a Zimbabwe-based digital platform that enables users to initiate and manage bill payments via WhatsApp using supported third-party mobile money and payment service providers.

CCHub operates strictly as a technology and transaction facilitation platform.

CCHub:

Is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, or mobile money operator
Does not issue accounts or wallets
Does not store, hold, or control user funds
Does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice

All payments are processed by licensed third-party providers under their own terms, rules, and regulatory frameworks.

  1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering binding agreements under the laws of Zimbabwe
You are the lawful user of the WhatsApp number and payment method used
You will use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes

CCHub may refuse service where these conditions are not met.

  1. Platform Access
    3.1 Website

The CCHub website is used solely to collect a WhatsApp number for the purpose of initiating a WhatsApp conversation.

No payments or transactions are conducted on the website.

3.2 WhatsApp Services

All transactions and service interactions occur through the CCHub WhatsApp bot.

You are responsible for:

Reviewing transaction details before confirmation
Ensuring accuracy of bill references, amounts, and service providers
Authorizing payments through your chosen payment provider

  1. Transactions & Payments
    Transactions are executed by third-party payment and mobile money providers.
    Transaction success depends on provider systems, network availability, and user authorization.
    Once a transaction is authorized with a payment provider, it may be final and irreversible.

CCHub does not guarantee successful completion of any transaction.

  1. Fees

CCHub may charge service fees, which will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

Third-party providers may charge additional fees beyond CCHub’s control.

  1. Records & Logs

CCHub maintains system and transaction logs for:

Operational continuity
Reconciliation and dispute handling
Fraud detection and prevention
Legal and regulatory compliance

These records may be relied upon as evidence unless shown to be materially incorrect.

  1. Service Availability

CCHub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Platform may be unavailable due to:

Network or connectivity failures
WhatsApp service outages
Third-party provider downtime
Maintenance or security updates
Events beyond reasonable control

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass safeguards, limits, or security controls
Interfere with system integrity or availability
Misrepresent identity or payment authority

CCHub may suspend or terminate access without notice where misuse or legal risk is identified.

  1. Intellectual Property

All platform content, systems, workflows, trademarks, and software are the property of CCHub or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Zimbabwean law:

CCHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
CCHub is not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment providers
CCHub’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in dispute

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCHub, its operators, partners, and affiliates from claims or losses arising from:

Your misuse of the Platform
Breach of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

  1. Regulatory Position

CCHub operates in compliance with applicable Zimbabwean laws governing electronic transactions and consumer protection.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a regulated financial service beyond permitted facilitation activities.

  1. Suspension & Termination

CCHub may suspend or terminate access:

To comply with legal or regulatory obligations
Where fraud, abuse, or system risk is suspected
For maintenance or security reasons

No liability arises from lawful suspension or termination.

  1. Amendments

CCHub may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
